Mountaineer Lounge in Williamsport

Food is good, good service and beer is cold!!

Just passing through Williamsport and did a search for something to eat. Local not a chain. Found Mountaineer Lounge nestled in a neighborhood. Great menu variety. Portions were not real big so left feeling comfortable. Tarter sauce was great with the fish and soup was hearty. Too bad we live 3000 miles away.

Burgers were not only good but huge. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Great stop to go in between LLWS games or after.

We had the filled chicken breast, gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, salad and roll.The servings are big and the food was delicious. The waitress was very nice and attentive. We will be back. Monday thru Saturday they have a daily special. They are closed on Sundays. Very reasonable prices. They also have many items to choose from on their menu. 🙂

Nice environment and friendly and prompt staff. Food is good as well.as affordable. Good variety of beverages too. Small place nestled in the suburbs of south williamsport

Service was good, food was ok. Got the stuffed chicken which is normally one of my favorites from here but it didn't have any flavor this time. I took most of it home and will spice it up. Portions are really good especially for the cost.

Good food and good service, when you walk into a place and it takes a min to be seated because it's full of people you know you went to a good restaurant. The service was especially good even though there was a full house. I give the waitresses props and tipped well they deserved it I was very impressed with food and service I will definitely be returning to the mountaineer and highly suggest that other people do as well

This place has great food. But they're always packed especially weekends, so you might not get a table. Down home atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonable prices.

You found the place! Food is delicious and so much better than we expected, we're excited to go back next time we visit. Their rueben sandwich is hands down the best I have had. Service was a little slow, although there was only one girl waitressing and she was also the bartender. She did a phenomenal job and still made us feel like we were an important table.

Food and staff were excellent. It might be time for an upgrade to the building. Busy for supper. Be sure to be patient and mowed over at the door while waiting.

The food here is excellent and priced extremely well. It's often busy nights and weekends so come early if you don't want to wait.

Lunch was.great....was too busy for one server...other than that..

If I ever had a favorite bar/eatery the Mountaineer is it. Great time with friends & great food.

Robbin is great. Food was good. Could have been a bit hotter. Had the specials.

The place to be when visiting Little League International. Great atmosphere and food. Soups are always good as well as the wings. Daily food and drink specials. A must go place when in Williamsport!
